Bit early to say how successful the coolsculpting was but I'm quite lean/tall and have boney hips. The suction pads worked well even though I was awkward and slim. Could feel my skin/fat being pulled in and when she moved them to check the temp of my fat it had gone hard and was frozen solid underneath. Epic lol! The area is soft and puffy now (3 days after) but that's what I'd expect, the body has to remove all those dead fat cells. Some mild bruising, nothing major, & I'm a silly shape.
