This was my second treatment at Rio’s. Both times has been excellent service. Friendly staff and waxing is the best i’ve ever had. Underarms was quick and pretty pain free!! Would definitely recommend. Will try and brave a hollywood next time and im sure Rio will be fab as usual.

Paula is very friendly and welcoming. There was some confusion over the booking however I did only book 2 hrs in advance and she didn't receive the confirmation until after my arrival. Nevertheless I still received my treatment and I am happy with the results.
