Paula has healing hands, I have chronic back pain and normally after a deep tissue massage I feel great the next day. Spa is always lovely and clean. Paul herself is so lovely. Ive also had cupping, hot stone and lymphatic massages and each one have them has been delivered skillfully by Paula. Its a realy gem to have in Bearwood.

Paula was excellent, helped me with my pain a lot. Would definitely recommend the deep tissue massage. Was head to toe.
She also noticed problem areas without being prompted and made suggestions for dealing with those areas long-term.
