She understood exactly what haircut I wanted to achieve at the start but then still asked me questions throughout my cut about if I was happy with how it was going and about my hair plans. I really enjoyed that process and the end result was perfect.
At the end she also allowed me to style my hair as I style it on the daily which was a great way to make sure I was happy with the cut. I really appreciated that.
