I got a manicure on 13th Dec. It was done fine and I have no objections to master, but only after a week gel started to take off which is not supposed to be.

Started the experience badly since door was locked, rang at least 5 times, called them on the phone, ended up banging the door and someone opened.
When the therapist asks me what I want, I told her I had already paid for a classic manucure through treatwell.
The owners comes to me and explains that I need to add £5 to get nail polish. That “manucure” doesn’t include anything
And by the end of the Manucure, no machine to dry my nails, so she was waving with a napkin to dry them

Top class massage. The salon was beautiful, modern and immaculately clean. The staff were very welcoming. The massage was so good that I can’t imagine a better one. Will definitely be back.
