I have been to Risoleta's saloon 4 or 5 times now and it has always been great, relatively painless wax and very efficient and friendly service

This is the third time I get my Hollywood done by Risoleta and it's constantly great: quick service and incredibly painless

Risoleta was nice and welcoming but the overall experience was poor.
Waxing was painful, I think she doesn’t have lots of experience and frankly I would have done a better job myself!
I came back home and found lots of part with hair still and had to do a retouch by myself !
Defo I would not recommend
