Risoleta was nice and welcoming but the overall experience was poor.
Waxing was painful, I think she doesn’t have lots of experience and frankly I would have done a better job myself!
I came back home and found lots of part with hair still and had to do a retouch by myself !

The venue is very clean and relaxing, I was falling asleep at one point! The room is very clean, and towels feel fresh. At the end of my wax Risoleta reviewed my legs under the bright light for a few minutes so I assumed all was fine. As I have some blonde and ingrown hairs I always check my waxing when I get home. I was shocked to discover many long, dark hairs on my legs and Hollywood area. I spent almost an hour plucking and self waxing to fix what I could.

Possibly the least painful wax I've ever gotten! Risoleta is great, I will definitely go back!
