Risoleta is a nice & welcoming person. My treatment would have been a lot better if she was able to talk/communicate with me more before & DURING treatment. Her lack of English meant she did not check on level of pressure or if she could increase / decrease it & I left with the same pain in my neck shoulder as I had arrived with. The note I’d written when booking was missed & I was therefore positioned the wrong end of table with no head hole which was very uncomfortable for 1/3 of appointment
