I wasn’t happy with this at all. I was freezing cold the entire time. There was no blanket, just half naked on the table. The therapist put wet cotton pads on my eyes that kept falling off and she just kept putting back on. I said I would pay extra for my face. She took an extra £15 and did not event add 15mins onto it, just used 15mins to do my face within the 1hr so I got overcharged for nothing. It was the most uncomfortable massage I’ve had and being ripped off was the cherry on top.

Unfortunately the machine was not working correctly but was not told until I arrived. Suffered with hyperpigmentation and issues after treatment with what should be a routine treatment. Had to pay for a lot of post treatment care. Perhaps more pre treatment care needs to be done especially on those with tanned or darker skin.
