The lash lift has made such a big difference to my lashes. I have had so many positive comments on the length and end look. This was a birthday/holiday treat to myself and I'm very happy with the outcome. I haven't needed to wear mascara at all. Rita is always extremely welcoming, I went to the salon last summer too. The massage is a nice addition to the treatment. It's hard to stay awake.

I feel bad leaving this review as I couldn't fault Rita's personality, kindness and the cleanliness of her salon. I just feel that she didn't know what she was doing with the hot wax. It was 10 times more painful than my usual salon and the results weren't nearly as thorough. Perhaps hot wax is just not her area of expertise.
