Wonderfully professional! The treatment was done in a cozy room and it was nice that they offered a cup of tea on a chilly day as well. Quality products were used and I was very satisfied!

From the minute I walked in I felt welcomed, at ease and treated the whole time like a VIP - the staff are warm, friendly and extremely kind. The quality of the treatments were fantastic and they could not do enough to make sure you were content and happy with the service, I would (I have) recommend them to anyone looking for a high level of service in a relaxed but professional atmosphere, an absolute gem!
