As a male, this was my first facial, and was persuaded to have one by my fiance before our wedding. Rita was great, explaining each part of the process. The whole thing was very relaxing, though extraction is always going to be a little painful.
My fiance said my face was significantly cleaner afterwards, and my blackhead significantly reduced. I'll be seeing Rita again once more before the wedding (in 3 weeks' time).

I have had several facials with Rita and am always very impressed with the results. I have combination sensitive spot prone skin. Her extractions are very thorough (I've had extractions before which just focus on a little bit round the nose, Rita really pays attention to your whole face)- afterwards my skin is a bit red but this is very normal. Don't make any plans for afterwards! After a couple of days my skin is always much cleaerer and brighter. The facials have definitely helped with my breakouts.
Rita herself is very welcoming and professional (it's a lovely extra that she remembers your previous visit- details of your skin and personal anecdotes). She does a thorough assessment of your skin condition and provides advice on improvements (i.e. Giving up dairy to improve breakouts). She puts you at ease and afterwards is always happy to provide a couple of relevant samples. The facial ends with a quick relaxing pressure point massage which is a nice touch.
It's not a spa so don't expect that atmosphere. No better value for money, results and welcoming therapist in London I've found especially so central!
