Wow! An amazing first experience of waxing my intimate area! Katie was so welcoming and reassuring, and that she was able to put someone as nervous & body conscious as me at ease is truly remarkable. The Hollywood wax wasn't nearly as painful as I expected - it was clear that a lot of that was down to Katie's skill and her instructions to me. The salon was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished & decorated - it makes it a real treat to go there, an indulgent slice of 'me time'. Thanks Katie!
