The salon is beautifully decorated and the staff were extremely welcoming. I felt very looked after from the moment I walked in the door. The treatment went well and hot wax was so much better than strips of wax. It was quick which is important for this kind of treatment. I would definitely use Riva 6 again.

All but a couple were removed, could of been less awkward with lack of speaking, or maybe asked how the temperature of the wax was but it was fairly quick and painless

Booked for a Swedish massage. Massage was good but a bit robotic, not really tailored to me personally. The salon is beautiful, clean, great decor and smelt amazing. Customer service was very basic though, no ‘getting to know me’ as a new client, just (again robotic) ‘fill out a form’, ‘have you got allergies’ then straight into it! No aftercare advice or product recommendations. Such a shame as the salon really is beautiful.

Couldn’t fault my nails at all, absolutely perfect, thank you :)
Unfortunately I felt extremely disappointed with my eyelash tinting, I left the salon with dye all under my eyes and the tint didn’t even last 4 days! Wouldn’t have this treatment done again.
