It was a strange little place. My massage was great. But the setting was...unusual.

Visit was good and professional, but staff had to rotate half way through treatment and transition was not smooth.

The rooms looked much better with a recent refurb. Massage was relaxing and my therapist was very understanding and did her best to accommodate me despite this is the second time that I booked via treat well and it wasn't registered with them as the boss is away and have not given them access to manage bookings. Hence, minus 1 star for disorganised admin and inconvenience.
So those booking via treatwell, be very weary that customers from this platform appears to be neglected.

Elena gave me the best massage ever!! She focused in my tensed areas and I felt much better straight away. i will book Elena again ,she is brilliant!!
