Door was locked on arrival, massage started 8 minutes late. Couldn't find booking. Staff were shouting to each other through the door arguing with me during the massage whether i'd paid or not. I had to get up half way through and again show my booking reference number. One of the worst massages i've had. Cut short by 5 minutes and at the end asked me if I wanted wanking off...
