Always a great massage but sometimes disruptive with staff going in and out.

This place only really seem concerned about getting your money and very little interest in customer experience. They couldn’t find my payment so in the middle of my massage the lady was talking really loudly to the manager who was just outside my massage room. She then said to me there’s a problem with payment and I need to check my email after. This was in the middle of me lying there paying £40 to try and relax during a massage. I asked her to talk to me after about it. She left the room twice to talk to her manager, then tried to bring it up again during my massage. Also the owner had her child there and he was really loud. All i could hear was oud this talking and a child shouting for the majority of my massage. I was also cold on the massage table but didn’t feel I could ask for another towel S the atmosphere was so tense. The massage itself was just ok. Really good at points but definitely not a traditional Thai massage. She didn’t ask me about pressure at any point. It was really sore at one particular area and I asked her to not do it there anymore. She said ok, but kept doing the same spot anyway. Overall the whole experience was more stressful that relaxing. I wouldn’t go back . There are places around that care about your experience and not just only want your money. Oh and my payment was fine, they just didn’t see it.
