Place has gone downhill over the last few months. Find the staff very aggressive. I’ve been told to get out the shop after arriving 10 minutes early in the rain. Then last time they didn’t believe I had a booking. Took a lot of hassle to get confirmation as the app doesn’t have this feature for booking ref #... Massage was really bad, no music, freezing cold, workmen chatting and banging around inside the shop. Wondering whether to come back again, used to be great.
