It was ok. Seemed quite rushed. Place itself was pretty dingy. Not sure I would go back.
I booked my appointment via treatwell and they has no idea. they didn't have a name on the appointment box and to top it off my original therapist was with another client on my time. They told me could I wait for 45 minutes that was unacceptable 45 minutes that was too long of a wait. Thankfully someone else was available and my massage was great.
Very very strong Deep Tissue Massage this time, but you can always ask for medium pressure instead. As always I go for tight muscles, and the next day they are 95%+ better! Would definitely recommend for this, worth every penny.
I arrived 5mins before my appointment to be told that they didn't have my booking down. The woman at the desk asked if I booked with Treatwell, shrugged her shoulders and told me there was no one available.
She made no attempt to apologise or rectify the matter so I left.
This place doesn't even deserve one star! Very disappointed!!
