Usually pretty good, but went for a late appointment this time and therapist seemed tired and ended massage almost 10 minutes early. Not sure I’ll be back.

I got to the venue and when I told them I had a booking they didn’t look for it, just asked what type of massage and told me to pay. I went into the room and was told take off everything and leave your underwear and the lady walked out. There was no sheet on the bed to cover up, just a towel. When she came back in she told me to get on the bed and then said “I don’t know if I’ll enough energy for you you’re so big. I’m a size 14/16 so although I’m not the smallest, I’m certainly not a whale. The massage seemed very confused and she seemed to be making it up as she was going along. At one point she climbed on top of me, which is not normal for a deep tissue massage. I could not relax as I felt so insecure about my body and her techniques left a lot to be desired. I left in quite a lot of pain where she was digging into my shoulder blade with her elbow. The actual room was fine and had she not made that comment at the start I might have been able to relax and enjoy some of the massage. Overall very disappointed.
The massage was ok, but the masseuse was clearly in a rush and it started late.
