The massage itself was not bad, but we had an issue with the price, which was less than the one I paid for. My friend tried to explain to the lady, which tried to say was Treatwell’s fault. I don’t know if was on purpose, but didn’t like the attitude. I did report to Treatwell anyway, and they have been kind, although in the beginning I thought I saved 15£, instead, I paid more or even full price. Hope this will not happen again
