Massage was lovely and relaxing in a nice setting, staff were all lovely and helpful and changing rooms / pool were clean and tidy. The lockers were difficult to lock and had to get a staff member to help who advised some lockers don’t lock. The jacuzzi was out of order which was disappointing and also (maybe personal preference!) but the steam room was far too hot to sit in even for a few minutes.

Hi best massage ever my first facial really relacing cara was great as i have disability she took time and care with me helpful and a real relacing experience i will definately re book and try other treatment use of pool was great too understanding person with my disability very gentle and soo thing for me to de stress amazing thanks ps the other lady was also great with my son he was also first time and he said she was understand of his disability too ty
