Riverside Beauty is great. The staff are excellent, the rooms are clean and well presented and the treatments were wonderful. The downfall was not to do with the Beauty room but the use of the pool, sauna and steam room afterwards. The changing rooms in the hotel are dirty. The used towels were piled high. The lockers didn’t work properly. The floors were filthy. The showers were old and the hairdryers useless. The pool, steam room and sauna were good. RB excellent. Hotel facilities very poor.

Had a back shoulders and neck massage followed by a head and facial. It was so relaxing and certainly felt really good when I left. The only problem was there was works going on in a lift next door so could be a bit noisy. I was offered headphones but I was ok with it. My wife was next room and was not offered the headphones so she felt it was a bit off putting but it was out of their control. Overall a lovely massage and would go back
