My massage was honestly the best I’ve ever had. I have a bad back and asked for the pressure to be soft in my lower back and the lady listened and made the massage perfect to my needs. I really rate the massages here.

The experience at Riverside Beauty as part of the Crown Plaza in Glasgow was ok. The masseuse Emma was very nice and explained what she was doing. She was chatty and relaxed.
The greeting from Reception at Riverside Beauty was ok but not friendly. We were not advised of our options of having a drink at the lounge of the hotel foyer until we asked. We suggested that we use the spa facilities as we arrived 45 minutes early but were told it was better to wait until after our treatment.
