Went with my friend for a wee spa afternoon. Had a lovely neck, back and shoulders massage and a facial and arm massage - both were really lovely and felt nice and relaxed after it. When my friend had her massage she was offered a hair net but the lady looking after me didn't and ended up with lots of lotion in my hair which wasn't great as we were going for afternoon tea after, We also used the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room which was nice. The pool area was quite small and not many seats.

Myself and friend were late for the 1st appoinment slot due to being stuck in traffic we had travelled from Noth Ayrshire.
The treatment room felt quite chilly, I am only 4ft 11in, I was not offered a stool to get up on bed, I didn't hear which way I was to lay on bed which was very cold despite coverings, I found she turned my head from side to side quite sharply
rest of massage was really good, however she only asked if I need a stool on returning with water and watched me struggle to sit up.
