A wowcher recieved as a Christmas gift but what an awesome experience it was..as soon as my husband and i arrived we were welcomed and made to feel at ease. I enjoyed every minute of my massage, my husband did to.
It was his 1st time having a massage and a facial..he loved it.
We enjoyed going for a swim and a sit in the jacuzzy afterwards..althogether a wonderful time was had by all. Thank you.

Massage was lovely and relaxing in a nice setting, staff were all lovely and helpful and changing rooms / pool were clean and tidy. The lockers were difficult to lock and had to get a staff member to help who advised some lockers don’t lock. The jacuzzi was out of order which was disappointing and also (maybe personal preference!) but the steam room was far too hot to sit in even for a few minutes.
