Had a lovely experience at Riverside Beauty. Sam and Jack were our therapists. They were very knowledgeable, caring and professional. We had 3 treatments in total. I would recommend Riverside Beauty 💯

I visited Riverside Beauty for my second eyelash lift with Sam. While my lashes looked okay at first, after removing some leftover glue, I noticed they were uneven and didn’t hold the lift. While Sam was lovely, and the salon has a relaxing atmosphere, I feel the treatment didn’t live up to expectations this time. I’m hoping to get in touch with Riverside Beauty to discuss a potential refund or solution.
I truly hope this was just a one-off experience, as I really liked the salon

This is my 2nd time visiting the salon and having Cara ad my therapist. Both times she has been excellent- very good at her job and so easy to talk to. Professional and thorough. I will definitely be back.
