Extremely disappointed with my spa day. This was give to me as a gift from my son. Any spa DAYI have been to consists of lots of relaxing time resting on loungers, pool time, jacuzzi. What I got was being told to arrive at 12.00. We were escorted to the ladies changing area and left. My treatment was booked for 1pm and my friend was booked for 1.30. We were dressed for our lunch and then home. Total time in spa area was 2 hours, not a day. Also bits of jacuzzi floating around the pool
