From meeting Sam to the treatments themselves was incredible. Sam was so welcoming and put me really at ease. My only criticism of my experience was in the swimming pool. I felt that area was in need of a makeover and more attention needs to be given to the shower, toilet and dressing areas which were a real slip hazard as know one was paying attention to the amount of water on the floor.
