This was my first facial, Jetmira was very friendly and made me feel comfortable despite me not knowing what to expect going in. The facial was very relaxing and my skin is definitely happier for it.

The afternoon tea and treatment were pretty good but very disappointed with the spa facilities at Crown Plaza. Pool area very small. I would have expected loungers to be available to lie and relax. Jacuzzi you couldn’t get near. At one point there were 7 people in it including children.
Entrance to the spa reception is very close to main reception were a number of guests were checking in. Very uncomfortable making my way from pool area to spa reception in my robe and slippers. Not good.
