Lovely atmosphere, music and facilities. Massage was disappointing, felt like oil being rubbed in, instead of a massage. Appointment booked for 14:20, was asked to come for 14:30 as would suit better. Arrived at 14:30, consultation took 5 minutes, then had to go to the bathroom however all bathrooms on the ground floor of hotel were out of order, finally a bathroom was directed to me, 5 minutes from spa so started late. Massaged started at 14:40, finished at 15:20. So I paid for 55 mins, got 40.
