My friend and I were really disappointed that due to the layout of the venue we had to get dressed again immediately after our lovely massage 😔
Other venues provide robes so guests can relax on the loungers at the poolside.

The treatments were lovely and the therapists were fantasti but the experience overall was disappointing.
It wasn’t the spa day we'd expected—just two treatments plus use of the limited hotel facilities which had no relaxing space.
No refreshments were offered, no robes provided, and we weren’t shown the facilities just pointed towards them by rude and dismissive hotel reception staff. We had to walk through reception in towels to get to the treatment rooms. Overall not a pleasant experience.
