Massage was really good only thing that let’s this spa day down is the changing rooms floor was dirty and soaking wet and the water was freezing when u walked on it the showers stay on for 20 seconds so if ur washing your hair it’s a bit of a palava hair dryers kept cutting off after a few minutes so I would recommend not washing your hair takes too long afternoon tea was lovely

Emma was a very pleasant young lady, and very could at her job, the facilities were good, however I was very disappointed that I had to pay for the parking, as the signs do not say anything about signing in at reception, the receptionist did if us a voucher for a drink at the bar, I would suggest the parking signs get updated, to state parking for the Spa is free, by signing in at reception.

Cara was amazing, I have a lot of massage's done and this was definately 1 of the best! Room was very nice too.I think the Leisure facilities could be better as there are no loungers, or robes& slippers so let down the spa day experice for me. But would reccomend Cara and the treatment facilities for sure.
