We had a lovely day at Riverside Beauty.First we did the leisure (pool sauna jacuzzi and steam room.Then we had neck shoulder and back massage which Cara was mine.She was very good .Then Cara did my facial which was also amazing.i would definetely recommend Riverside Beauty in the Criwn Plaza Hotel.We both kept feeling great and refreshed.

Really enjoyed the treatment but a bit disappointed that there was no relaxation area that you could go and just chill with robes on. We use spa s a lot and feel that is what let the place down

Our treatments were amazing, could not fault any of the therapists. The spa itself let it down completely, felt almost as if it was a pop up spa and no relaxation outside of the beauty rooms. No relaxation rooms, no housecost, nowhere to sit next to the pool, had to go out the reception at the hotel and didnt feel relaxing at all. I thought it was so expensive for what it was.
