Lovely massage. The girls were lovely and welcoming as always. There was work being done in the hotel just outside the spa and they still manage to keep the environment calming and relaxing. Thank you!

Riverside Beauty is great. The staff are excellent, the rooms are clean and well presented and the treatments were wonderful. The downfall was not to do with the Beauty room but the use of the pool, sauna and steam room afterwards. The changing rooms in the hotel are dirty. The used towels were piled high. The lockers didn’t work properly. The floors were filthy. The showers were old and the hairdryers useless. The pool, steam room and sauna were good. RB excellent. Hotel facilities very poor.
