the changing rooms had a strong smell of urine when we first arrived as you can imagine this was very off putting, the Jacuzzi the grid around this was broken and was falling apart while in the Jacuzzi the beauty rooms and staff were amazing but the changing rooms were not up to a standard of cleanliness this was pretty off putting i had to spray deodorant and perfume to make changing bareable

Girls at Riverside Beauty were fabulous. So professional and just wonderful. Highly recommend.
Leisure facilities were disappointing. Steam room was out of order. Sauna too crowded. Had to wait for the jacuzzi.

Absolutely fantastic! I floated home! The entire experience was wonderful, but the foot & leg aromatherapy was outstanding. The 90 minutes just disappeared. Sam started with my legs and finished with my head. I would definitely recommend all 3 treaments.
