Although the salon was busy, with walk-ins as well as booked appointments- the staff worked incredibly hard to minimise waiting time. Kim did a great job of my pedicure and manicure.Really pleased with the finish and Kim was talented and friendly. 😃

The manicurist were really busy. I booked an appointment but was waiting for 15 mins. I could see that the staff were concerned about being behind.
Terrible customer service. Had a set appointment and received a reminder but arrived at the salon and was completely ignored. Waited for half an hour without any help being offered so left. Appalling service.
Would not recommend.
