I booked gel polish as I know it does not require the nail to be filed down prior to application. However, upon arrival the staff did not respect my wishes to not have nails filed down. I also asked for my cuticles not to be cut off, due to being wary of hygiene issues related to this procedure. However, they cut my cuticles off, and in the process, they cut too much off that left me with a bleeding open cut. I received no acknowledgment or compensation for this mistake.

I felt a bit forgotten about - got left in the room for about 15 mins when I was told the solution needed to sit for 7. The results were disappointing too for the price - I couldn't tell the difference afterwards.

I felt as though I was being rushed because it was very busy and also I asked for little black stars on my pink acrylics and they are not very straight pretty bad iactually🥴

They were overbooked majorly and this lead to the main issue which was how rushed my nail art was. Compared to other nail art that they’ve done for me, they did this one quite carelessly.
Because they were rushing this also meant the surface wasn’t cleaned after the girl who sat in the seat before me, so there was quite a bit of dust. I come regularly so a negative experience was quite disappointing and unusual.
