lady who did my colour was lacking in confidence and didn't speak alot then left when the colour was on. another lady took over and was more confident and alot more chatty and she will go far.

RJL was amazing, the stylist really washed, cut, and blow dried my hair very beautifully and also made me feel extremely comfortable. I was very happy with the work and also the passive manners of the other employers working there who were very smiley too. Defos recommend and would go again.

The lady that did my hair asked all the right questions, and generally did a good job, but upon getting home, and having a look at my hair I realised that my face framing layers were not present on the right side, and my all over layers were not there either.
