My stylist has a great approach to customer service and I felt listened to and like she has a genuine interest. She was also very calm and did a great job on my cut and blow. Would certainly recommend.

Booked my daughter (12yo) in for a shoulder length cut with a level 3 trainee. The trainee was very friendly and welcoming to my daughter and put her at ease. The trainee was very well supervised. The cut took longer than a normal salon cut as they're just learning but we were in no rush.
