Had a Hollywood wax today (which was also my first ever wax). The studio is nice, clean and I felt comfortable. Rosie was absolutely lovely chatting with me and answering all my questions. Immediately recommended her to two of my friends now as well!

As per my two or three other times visiting RLBeauty, it was a wonderful experience. I was welcomed on time, and was pleasantly surprised with two Hotel Chocolate Christmas goodies. Little touches like that make all the difference. In addition to the little things, the Hollywood wax itself was super speedy, which is what I love about this place; speedy but thorough. Thank you!
