I couldn't find this info anywhere when booking the appointment and was hoping it would be hot wax as my skin reacts to strip. I will contact them first next time to see if I can get hot waxing instead, but just FYI for other patrons! Unfortunately I react quite bad for up to a week with redness from strip so don't like to use it if I can avoid it.

I regularly go to RL Beauty for a Brazilian wax and Rosie is always friendly and professional. She's flexible if you need to change your appointment and will do her best to find a new slot that's convenient. Highly recommended.
