I arrived at the centre about 20 mins before my appointment and was expecting to wait for that time. Rosie (the beautician) promptly called me in and asked if I had any questions. As it was my first waxing Rosie explained the whole procedure which made me relax and felt that I was in safe hands. She also explained the aftercare and how long it would be until the next time I need to return. A totally professional and friendly appointment, highly recommended.
