Very quick, friendly, hygienic and efficient service

The centre is clean and conveniently located. The beautician is very kind. But I was partially unsatisfied with my facial as it did not include extractions, and since my main skin problems are black spots and pores I actually think that extractions is a very important part of an effective facial. Also, the beautician did not spend time to talk about my skin... so I did not feel that the treatment was 'customized' or that she put real attention to my particular skin conditions. This is not to say that she is not good at her job, maybe it is just a kind of facial treatment not really perfect for my type of skin. I would go again to the centre to try other treatments, possibly.

Rosie is amazing! It was long time since I did my last waxing and I was a bit scared... But she is very nice and friendly! And most important, I didn't feel any pain at all!!! I would surely recommend RLbeauty! Great experience, I am very happy!
