Bethany as a person was great but they didn’t want to spend time on my hair to lift the colour. In first attempt when after two hours hair didn’t lift at all and greys did not receive coverage they blamed it on the hair resistance. kept saying next time we can lift it by one more stage. Why not do it there and then instead of getting me to pay another £110. My sister used a different hair salon and she has managed to go from black to a golden brown in five hours.

Bethany was very attentive and friendly, spoke openly about what my hair needed. Always checked throughout that I was happy with my cut.

My appointment was rescheduled with no notice - when I asked, the answer was “we told Treatwell, it is not our problem you did not receive a notification”. Then I was asked to pay again and when I said I had already paid, I was asked how much I did pay through the application. I was made to feel unwelcome because I had booked through Treatwell and I could not relax and enjoy the experience. Anna tried to make me feel comfortable and was polite, but unfortunately the day was ruined for me

Great venue - and love my hair cut thank you!!! However my stylist wasn’t very talkative - even though I tried to make conversation. Would visit again though!
