Bethany was great! She transformed my hair from a basic cut with bits of dye to a lovely balayage. I asked her questions about hair care and she answered with great advice to take care of my hair.

Bethany as a person was great but they didn’t want to spend time on my hair to lift the colour. In first attempt when after two hours hair didn’t lift at all and greys did not receive coverage they blamed it on the hair resistance. kept saying next time we can lift it by one more stage. Why not do it there and then instead of getting me to pay another £110. My sister used a different hair salon and she has managed to go from black to a golden brown in five hours.
