Salon interior is very, very dated; the main selling point in pictures online is the bar reception area which is actually very small. Stylist was nice and haircut was good, though the atmosphere was terrible. Noise is constant and unbearable, very much feel like staff are unwelcoming and any customer service is an afterthought.

Had an absolute fantastic experience at RMUK Leeds with Bethany. She was welcoming and extremely enthusiastic and professional. With a great eye for detail and plenty of patience, Bethany has styled my hair exactly after my indications and I was overjoyed by the final result. Even more, she even took the time to talk me through my choice for hairstyle and provide tips&tricks for styling! Strongly recommend.
