The experience was pleasant from start to end. I felt very welcomed as Beth was friendly and polite. I felt well taken care of and she was thorough with explaining what we would do to my hair and what works best for me.
She even made sure to give a tour since it was my first time and the facilities are A1! I cannot wait to be back :)

Nice enough salon in a convenient location but it was quite busy and noisy, even on a weekday, so it didn't feel particularly peaceful or spa-like, as the name would suggest.
Cute salon dog milling around the place and I'm happy with the haircut even if the vibe was a bit hectic.

I got the wrong day so had a lady called Danielle , she did my hair lovely and was so friendly toward me .
