Terrible cut, didn’t feel as though desired cut was properly understood. Despite clarification and the cut being a relatively common style, I was left with uneven lengths on each side which looked a mess! Felt rushed towards end as the next client had arrived and wasn’t even shown back of hair before being ushered out so wasn’t until I got home that I realised the back was uneven. Felt it would not improve by returning to RMUK so have been to another salon today to get the cut corrected! Avoid!

Yesterday was my first time visiting the salon and I will definitely be returning. Helena was a dream to say the least; efficient, caring, accommodating and chatty. I absolutely love my hair, Helena listened and understood exactly what I was wanting and ensured that I was happy throughout every stage - she is an asset to the team!

The salon had a lovely atmosphere and Helena was excellent. She really listened to my concerns regarding a previous haircut and managed to find a solution to help make my hair look better. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back the next time I am in Leeds! x
