Did not end up having the haircut requested. I was quite upset asI showed the stylist the photo multiple times and explained what I wanted. Also ended up with the hair shorter than what was desired. Not returning there.

Helena was so chatty and really listened to my concerns about my hair and knew exactly how to solve it. The atmosphere was really chill but still busy - will definitely be back!

I have tried to contact the salon but haven’t had a response. My haircut seemed fine as it was curled at the end I didn’t notice, but the next day it was clear my hair was lopsided. Very long on one side. The stylist was very nice but she was pulled between to clients and I felt like she was distracted. I’ve had to try and rectify myself as I was going on holiday. Very disappointed.
