Really lovely salon with very friendly staff. Alessia was brilliant - would recommend for waxing. Will be back!
Ladies' Waxing
Like going into Narnia! There's a small entrance hall off the street and then you go into a beautiful Salon and Spa with a gorgeous roof terrace where I enjoyed a drink whilst letting my pedicure dry. Pedicure was very well done and I felt nicely pampered. Really nice staff and a good atmosphere.

I booked a hot wax at RMUK as I was specifically looking for a Hot wax in Leeds. When I arrived on the day, I was taken upstairs and into the room and I changed and laid on the bed. When the lady started putting on the wax she asked if I'd had it done before. I mentioned I usually get waxed but i'd been having problems so I wanted to try Hot Wax. She said I wasn't having a hot wax, I was having a strip wax.
I told her I'd specifically booked a Hot Wax and I had my confirmation but she said she didn't have time to do me a hot wax.
To be honest I would have preferred to book in at another time for a hot wax but she had already started waxing me and didn't offer an alternative.
The wax itself was really quick and had great coverage but obviously I was left feeling really deflated.

There were some crossed wires between what I booked on Treatwell and what treatment the salon had time to fit me in for however - the wax was very good - the therapist was quick, thorough and with minimal pain.
