I previously attended a taster session with Karina and felt that her session tended to my issues more than this. This session was more text book rather than feeling the issues I had or even responding to my requests of where I felt work was needed. The bamboo was rolled heavily up my spine and I'm sorry to say I wouldn't go for another with her. I know one session wouldn't clear up my issues but I'd expect it to help
