I booked for a Hollywood wax last minute, so I understood that I had to pay more. They confirmed the treatment, and when I arrived they told me that someone booked at the same time as me and that she got there sooner (I was there on time too), so she got the treatment and I didn’t. After insisting, because I came from far away, they put me in after 20 minutes of waiting, and they charged me with the original price. However, even though they weren’t very organised in that sense, the girl that did the treatment was very nice and professional. She did a very good job.

This is an absolutely gorgeous day spa. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was great that I was able to get a last minute appointment just before Christmas. This is one of the least painful waxes I have ever had!!
