My first impression was good, the place is very nice and I liked that it was warm and clean. The girl who did my wax was lovely and professional throughout. The wax was fine. I didn’t like the attitude of the lady on reception or the fact that she was telling off other members of staff in front of me.

Luxurious venue where I felt really taken care of. Definitely will be coming back with a few girlfriends to try out the day spa.

Just a great experience from start to finish. All the staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Alessia is one of the best beauticians I have encountered and will go out of my way to continue to go to the salon and have her.

I was really impressed with RMUK – Toni, my hairdresser was really attentive, and really took the time to understand what I wanted and do a really considered job. I felt really looked after and relaxed at RMUK and will definitely be going back for my next hair cut and colouring :)
