First time visit at RMUK. I had an appointment with Anna for which I was far too early. I was quickly made comfortable with a hot drink in the bar area (sadly it was too cold to sit outside on the roof terrace). Anna was an absolute star and I could not have asked for any more. Enjoyed my visit so much, I'm about to book a repeat

Great service and welcoming staff. I was looking for a spa that offered the Lymphatic Drainage Massage, so I was pleased to find a place in the town centre. I have already told some friends about it. Thanks again!

Jo was just brilliant as usual. another new and rejuvenated face left the spa after a fab facial. the hydrodermie leaves my skin moisturized and visibly smoother for a good week and colleagues have commented on the anti-aging effects!
