The facial gave a lovely result and Jo is amazingly warm; she puts you immediately at ease and is a true asset.The only difficulty arose out of the fact that the Dermatologica facial I booked on treatwell is no longer provided by RMUK. Jo gave me lots of advice on skincare, found an equivalent Aveda facial and saved the day!

Friendly staff, would have been nice to have had a tour of the spa. Will ask for next time. Hair stylist who did my hair cut was excellent no faffing about and was professional, not too much chit chat which I hate.

It is the first time I do waxing and I was anxious thinking that it will be painful. I was very well welcomed the staff explained to me what will happen and which kind of products will be used. I was glad that the products used were natural products and the staff who did the waxing was experienced and quick. I didn't feel pain and I was well cared for. I am satisfied with the treatment
