the staff were really nice but smiling to the customer is the easy part. I'm 20y/o went for Men's haircut.
Antonio was nice but RMUK wasn't the best place I have ever been during the past 2 years. the haircut wasn't disaster but I won't come back because I think Antonio wasn't experienced enough and specially familiar with hair trends.
At the end, he didn't style my hair and I told him to do so but he just dried my hair, so I got the hair dryer and did it myself.
They are really nice (I mean it), but they smile to your face and don't listen to what you're saying.
