My experience at RMUK was very enjoyable. Ellie my hair stylist did a great job and was very friendly and chatty as well! The atmosphere was very relaxing and there are a lot of great facilities at the salon/spa.

Was my first visit here. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. A colleague gave me the tour of the premises as they have different beauty rooms/cafe on different levels so a fair few flights of stairs to climb. Unsure if they had facilities for disabled persons. Offered refreshment which was presented nicely with white crockery. My stylist was friendly and chatty throughout although I was left a couple of times whilst she dealt with her other clients eg applying toner and checking a colour’s progress. My stylist informed me of what she was going to do at all times. I liked the finish which was just a trim to a graduated bob style. Lovely fragranced products were used, Wella and Paul Mitchell.
My criticism is that my appointment was changed to 15 mins later on the day and my being left to allow dealing with other customers took more time from my scheduled planned day, as it was the day two family members were having a celebration party and I had other appointments but needed my hair cutting and this had a knock on effect to these other appointments, otherwise I normally wouldn’t have minded in the slightest.

So lovely to visit, I booked very last minute (about 2 hours before) and yet it was like I’d been in their books for years. All staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The salon itself is beautifully designed and decorated and it was very welcoming.
I will be back again for my hair but also for the spa and beauty treatments!

It was sooo much better than I expected. Really clean and felt like a luxury experience. Even got a head and shoulder massage by the lady washing my hair, who took her time and didnt make me feel rushed which a lot of hIr dressers do. Got really great value at half price and wasnt treated differently. Stylist was also really nice to chat to. I'll be saving up to go again.
