Only went in expecting a run of the mill haircut, but the place is beautiful with so much more to offer (1st timer)
Staff were lovely too - had a full guided tour of all the treatment rooms.
I'll certainly be returning for my hair, the day-spa rooms look fantastic.
I've already recommended it to work colleagues!

The beautician who did my wax was extremely nice and professional. However the manager was not welcoming and seemed to create an unpleasant atmosphere. Also was not apologetic for the salon over booking their clients hence it resulted in having to change the type of treatment I received.
