I had a very unpleasant experience at RMUK and stopped going there. The beautician entered the room I was getting ready without knocking. That's very unprofessional in my opinion. Then she was rushing with the treatment and only the fact that I was going for holidays soon has kept me in the room with her. I would have left. Had a waxing done and never before felt so bad like that day. she was very busy, fair enough but still this shouldn't be the reason to treat customers so badly. Unfortunately the therapist who was usually seeing me was on holidays. From that day I've stoped coming to RMUK and changed my opinion about them.

I had shellac nails and it was excellent, lovely salon, very friendly staff, I would not hesitate to recommend this.

Second time I've been for Shellac nails, very pleased and will definitely use again. Very nice salon in Leeds Centre.

I like my nails and minx stayed on for about 3 weeks so thats good. Already booked myself next appointment.

The lady did a great french manicure gel polish - excellent, very pleased, will definitely use again. Good location in city centre.
