While staff were lovely and friendly, the quality of the extensions were terrible. Masking tape was used instead of eye pads which made skin sore and painful. Most of the actual extensions were glued to my eye lid and not the lashes, which is not supposed to happen and made them very difficult and painful to have removed. They were too long for my natural lashes and hurt every time i closed my eyes.
