Courtney was amazing! This was my first visit to the salon and first time experiencing the Keratin Smoothing Treatment. My hair is really thick and this treatment is fantastic but Courtney’s experience and consultation made the visit even better! She explained every stage, the benefits and how to maintain the treatment at home. I will definitely return to the salon & thank you so much to the Roar team

Got a lovely cut from Courtney today. My “post Covid layers“ were needing reshaped and Courtney did a great job. Took her time to assess what was needed, we had a good chat and she did a great job. First time here, and have rebooked for the Autumn. Would recommend.
My hair is mid length, layered and quite thick, can be tricky to cut. Thanks Courtney. X

Normally go to Brian. As it is difficult to get a quick appointment with him as he is so popular, decided to go with Courtney as I was under the impression that all the staff are trained the Roar way, what could go wrong.... Big mistake, in my opinion Courtney has no artistic flair and does not seem to be the same caliber as Roar staff.

Great appointment with Courtney! The amount of knowledge she has is second to none. Completely listens to what you want out the appointment, whilst giving a professional opinion. Staff very friendly, chatty and not just to their own client which you see a lot at salons. Felt very safe in regards to social distancing & Covid-19 measures. Can’t wait to go back
